Spier Wines ist seit 1993 im Besitz der Familie Enthoven, die das Weingut. Auf dem Gelände in Stellenbosch findet sich nicht nur das Weingut, sondern auch viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten (z.B. Hotel, Picknick). Auf Nachhaltigkeit und Unterstützung aller Mitarbeiter wird hier viel Wert gelegt.
